The future of our fisheries is in the hands of keiki!  As with all aspects of life, it’s the next generation that will be left to carry on our traditions and care for our people and place. PIFG supports a number of programs that specifically support and seek to engage our youth.

There are many opportunities for you and your keiki to participate in our youth programs.  You can help raise funds to support the Mike Sakamoto Scholarship program for young college students, teach kids how to land their first fish or volunteer at one of our many community events, such as the Hawaii Fishing and Seafood Festival.
