2013 Fishing For Hawaii’s Hungry

The PIFG in partnership with the Institute for Human Services (IHS), have embarked on a project called “Fishing For Hawaii’s Hungry” prior to kick-off the 8th Annual Hawaii Fishing & Seafood on October 5-6. All participants will be donating their catch at POP Fishing & Marine (Pier 38) on Sunday, October 6 between 10am-12pm. PIFG will then deliver the fish to IHS, so they can prepare meals for hundreds of people, families and Keiki. PIFG is asking for ALL Oahu boat fishing clubs and organizations, as well as the weekend trollers who want an opportunity to help families that are less fortunate. Participants will be eligible for door prizes including a trip for 2 to Las Vegas, courtesy of Hawaii Goes Fishing Show interisland tickets from go! Airlines and other great prizes.
